Configure IMAP Email account to download Complete E-mail including Attachments.
The given below steps needs to be performed only once in Office Outlook.and it will automatically affect the previously created as well as the new E-mail Accounts created in Office Outlook.
1. Go to Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups....
2. Click Edit.
3. Select the option Download complete items including attachments for subscribed folders..
4. Click OK.
5. Click Close.
6. Now go to Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive All as shown below.
7. This will start downloading all the emails from web server to your MS Office Outlook, a status of which can be seen in the status bar as shown below. If it fails you should again try Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive All several times. Please give it the required time it takes to download all the messages. Sometimes it may extend to several hours! and the percentage completed may fluctuate too!
